Eve Maughan is the daughter of Trevor Eve, an actor who hails from London England. Her brothers are Jack and George and was educated between the United Kingdom and Los Angeles United States. She went to Bedales School before taking her A Levels at Westminster School London. In her time off, she was a student at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and then studied English through St Catherine's College Oxford.
